I’m here to take the ‘woo’ out of mindful living

Hey, I’m Marci

I’m a mother of 4, creative entrepreneur, neurodivergent & perimenopausal.

I’m also highly sensitive and have struggled with my mental health most of my life. Just before entering my 40’s, my life took a harsh turn leading me to nearly hit rock bottom and lose almost everything I had built over the years. When extensive therapy and societal ‘systems’ failed me, I explored unconventional healing methods. By no means am I ‘cured’ nor do I possess all the answers, and in some ways this path has been even harder than my previous situation, but it’s also been so profound that there is no going back to the way things were. I feel compelled to share these experiences because I genuinely care about others. Since childhood, I’ve known two certainties: my desire for true love and to have children of my own, and my passion to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

As I document my own experiences leading up to and throughout this chapter in my life, I’ll reveal the insights and breakthroughs that shifted my perspective and beliefs, how I finally embraced spirituality, and my ongoing battles with my physical & mental health. I’ll also share the spiritual growth resources and mindfulness tools I’ve developed to support others on their own paths.

writing is therapeutic

but sharing those secrets, my deepest thoughts at some of my darkest hours, those are for the greater good. I share my story so that you know you’re not alone and that you CAN break free from your demons. I educate wherever possible because the ability to choose to accept a new truth is one of humanities greatest gifts.
